LIFE HAPPENS & PLANS CHANGE ON THE DIME. THIS IS WHY ALL ORDERS CANCELLED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY DATE WILL BE ISSUED A FULL REFUND.
IF YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED WITHIN 2-4 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DELIVERY DATE 50% OF YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU.
UNFORTUNATELY ORDERS CANCELED 1-0 DAYS BEFORE YOU DATE OF DELIVERY ARE INELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF PREP WORK INVOLVED.

IT IS RECOMENDED THAT SOMEONE BE HOME SO ITEMS CAN BE REFRIDGERATED RIGHT AWAY. IF NO ONE IS HOME AT TIME OF DELIVERY WE WILL LEAVE YOUR PACKAGE NEAR THE FRONT DOOR. HOWEVER WE CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS POST DELIVERY.
